Prabal Gurung, Nepali designer based in New York, is in the spotlight today. Gurung says he has always been motivated by the idea of intelligence and style going hand in hand. Thus, his work is always so detailed, chic and modern. Because he was raised by a single mother, who has been a great inspiration for him, he understands women well and aims elegant and feminine looks. What I love most about this man is that he is so passionate about his work. I want you to watch one or two of his interviews just to see his point of view. "The women I like dressing always have to have a strength of mind and real character." he says.
