SAG AWARDS 2016: BEST DRESSED

The 22nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, honoring the best achievements in film and television performances for the year 2015 were held yesterday in California. The red carpet was another boring one this year with a couple of really good looks.

The Danish Girl star Alicia Vikander is no wonder the best newcomer lately as an actress and as a red carpet star. She was the best dressed celebrity at Sag Awards 2016 in a custom Louis Vuitton look. She looked sleek, fresh and modern with every detail. Rachel McAdams followed her in a embroidered Elie Saab dress, which was very dramatic and romantic.

Rooney Mara, wearing a plain and elegant Valentino number, is my favourite breakthrough artist in this awards season. Kate Mara also wore Valentino, which was a really good sister act. On the other hand, Saoirse Ronan proved a perfect styling is everything in a pale pink Michael Kors dress.

One thing was for sure that they kept their best looks for the Oscars.

GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS 2016: BEST DRESSED

The 73th Golden Globe Awards was held in Beverly Hills, California last night and honored the best in film and American television in 2015. The red carpet was a little bit disappointment because there were not many breathtaking looks. Actually, very few of them can be called perfect. Most of the looks were nice but boring.

The ones that I like most were Amber Heard in Gucci and Jennifer Lawrence in Christian Dior. Both looked glamorous and modern in their dresses and styling. Rooney Mara's Alexander McQueen look was very similar to her latest looks but still she looked stylish.
