Alice + Olivia presentation takes us to a Mexican desert with a cactus behind and the patterns. We are already used to modern Alice + Olivia elegance for both day and night. But this time it's very suited to the season's trends with its theme.
On the other hand, Lebanese designer Reem Acra reflects her own roots. The collection is Middle Eastern in many aspects and a little bohemian at the same time.
The word to describe Badgley Mischka collection is simply glamorous. I can imagine each look in various events. The same goes with Lela Rose, who fascinated the audience with those soft colours and romantic florals.
Zac Posen comes very different this time. The hourglass silhouette and shapely satin gowns are not there anymore. The collection is rather relaxed.
One of the most inspiring presentations of the day is Rodarte. It is like a collage of past and present. Lace,silk, velvet, embroidery, beads and all. It's very nostalgic, modern and futuristic at the same time.
